  • What are your opening hours?
    The Berry Farm opens for 7 days, and closed on Good Friday, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year’s Day. Bookings are essential on weekends and public holidays.
    Cottage café: 10.00am - 4.00pm (lunch served from 11.30am-3pm)
    Cellar Door: 10.00am -  4.30pm

     
  • Can I pick berries at your farm?
    By taking a short stroll around the farm garden, you can find a number of berry bushes available for you to see how they fruit, see how they grow, and if you are lucky enough to find a ripe one, feel free to have a taste! Start by visiting the BERRY CIRCLE next to our Cottage Café, in the warmer summer months it is full of raspberries,  strawberries, currants, blueberries, mulberries and gooseberries, ready for you to munch! Keep a lookout all around the garden for any ripe berries waiting to be picked. And then head to our main berry plantation, found right next to our playground. Here, the majority of our raspberries and blueberries are grown, hand-picked and packaged by our staff available for you to purchase in our Cellar Door.   • Do you serve breakfast?
    Instead of breakfast, we serve morning tea, which includes our famous Berry Farm daily fresh baked scones, Boysenberry Pie, and House-baked Cakes. As the savoury options, we have Toasted Ham & Cheese Turkish Bread, Roasted Vegetable Tart, and Beef & Red Wine Pie. To check our cafe menu, please click here.
  • Can I bring my dog with me?
    Of course, you and your lovely dog are always more than welcome. Please ensure to keep your dog on the lead and stay outside of the cottage café and cellar door. You may take a seat in the cottage garden or under veranda to stay with your dog. There are also dog hooks available near the cellar door entry.
  • Do you have kid playground?
    We have not just only one kid playground but TWO! Near our cottage café, we constructed the second playground as a brand new adventure park to make sure your children will be entertained and have plenty to do while the parents relax in our beautiful garden setting and enjoying the yummy food.
  • Do you have wheelchair access?
    We are sorry that we don't actually have wheelchair access. But when you drive in to the berry farm, please turn right along the netted orchard, then you could park your car just next to our restaurant instead of the public carpark, that would be the nearest way to access our cottage cafe. We can book a table for you at the front veranda in advance to ensure your accessibility.
  • Is it possible to book a tour to visit your winery?
    Sorry for the disappointment, due to the limited scalability, our winery is not open for tour.
  • Is there any job available in your farm?
    At the moment, we do not have any seasonal job available in our farm. If you are looking for farm work, we suggest that you could visit the local employment agencies in town.
  • If I am not in Australia, can I purchase your products online and request an oversea shipping? And how long does it take for the online shopping delivery?
    The Berry Farm uses Australia Post for all our product shipping. This is a signed delivery service and for domestic despatch only. For more shipping information, please click here.
  • How much does it cost for the wine tasting?
    At our Cellar Door, visitors are invited to taste before you buy with over forty of our gourmet products for free. Wines are limited to 5 tastings per person to ensure the safe and responsible service of alcohol.
  • Do you plant all the fruits to make your products on the Farm?
    We produce our products with our farm grown fruits as much as we can and also source locally to meet our production requirements.
  • I would like to enquire the possibility of function in your cottage cafe, who I can contact with?
    We do accept function bookings as kids’ party, company outing, and tour bus group etc. We would be happy to arrange for you to meet your individual requirements, for bookings or more information please call our Café Manager, Sarah at 08 9757 5054 (and press 1) or email info@berryfarm.com.au
